Charles David Vaught "Bimbo"
68 of Vance Alabama passed away Thursday October 20, 2022 after a lengthy illness. He is preceded in death by his wife Brenda Stricklen, his mother Dorothy Morrison and his brothers Larry, James and Jackey.
Charles is survived by his sons Billy Joe Vaught, David Vaught and Clarence D Vaught; Stepchildren Linda Green (Arthur), Donna Stricklen and Jeffery Stricklen; Sisters Margaret Mosley (Bill) , Gena Hallman (Bunkie); Brothers Joseph Morrison (Susie) and Terry Morrison; Numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Special thanks to Mary Geddes, Bernie Clayton, the nurses and doctors at DCH, Dr. Joanne Miller, Dr. Evans, Manderson Cancer Center, neighbors and friends in the Vance area.
Bimbo loved hunting and fishing and was a painter for many years. He will be missed dearly.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
